100% Customer Satisfaction / Refunds

Security Warehouse will be happy to provide a store credit (less any postage/courier costs) for any item that you have purchased from us, of which you are not satisfied with.
The only conditions are:
(1) The item must be returned to us in 'as new condition' with all of the original and undamaged packaging, manuals, warranty cards etc.
(2) The item must be returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date and at the customers expense.
(3) The item must be accompanied with a copy of the orginal Security Warehouse sales receipt.
(4) The total credit amount given will be less Postage/Courier costs (if any)
(4) This offer does not apply to 'Change of mind'.
We do not normally give refunds just because you change your mind. The reason for the return must be fair and acceptable.
In situations where we do accept refunds for such reasons, the refund amount given will be less the Postage/Courier costs (if any) and less a restocking fee of $22 or 10%, whichever is greater. The same conditions apply, as stated above.

PRICE GUARANTEE

In the unlikely event that another reputable supplier sells the same or similar item with the same specifications, at a cheaper price than advertised by us, we will endeavour to beat this price.
The only conditions are:
(1) We will need to verify the competitors price (eg brochure, website, quote etc)
(2) Price Guarantee is only offered prior to any purchase – ie you must advise us of the competitors price before you purchase the item.
(3) The competitor must be local, must have stock of the item and must also provide after sales service and support.
(4) The item price must not be less than our cost price.

SHIPPING

SecurityWarehouse will usually ship your order (if in stock):
(1)Within 1-2 business day (ie M-F), only if pre-programming / commissioning is not required on any item.
(2) Within 5 – 7 business days (of receipt of order and also programming requirements), if pre-programming / commisioning is required before the item is
sent.
If you require an item urgently, please contact us to make arrangements prior to ordering.
If you choose an item that is not in stock or if your order will be delayed, we will contact you.

As shipping/postage/courier pickup and delivery is beyond our control, we cannot and will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders.
You are welcome to use your own shipping methods.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING….. WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA

INSURANCE

Shipping insurance if offered for an additional 2.2% of the total invoice.
This option will be offered to you when finalising your sale.

You are welcome to visit our Showroom to inspect and purchase most of the items listed on our website. As our storage warehouse is at a different location, calling us first will ensure we have the item in our showroom before you arrive.

DESIGN / HELP WITH SELECTING THE RIGHT SYSTEM

Our staff are fully experienced and licenced within the Electronic Security, Communications and Computing/Networking industry.
Should you need help with selecting the right equipment for your specific application or wish to discuss your requirements, please contact us.
For larger projects or Integrated systems (eg high rise intercom, Access Control-Card Systems, Lift Security, Automation, Building Management etc), our design and project team can put together a custom system for tender / quotation. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Every Integrated System we design, sell and install includes 12 months onsite warranty, maintained and serviced by our Service and Support team. We have numerous reference sites.

WARRANTY

All items sold by Security Warehouse are backed by a minimum 12 months repair/replacement warranty, from date of purchase (except batteries which are 3 months). The item must be returned to us, accompanied with the original Sales Invoice, to our Service Centre for evaluation/diagnosis. Our Service staff will then advise if the item is faulty and whether the item will be repaired or replaced. The customer will need to pay both ways for shipping (ie sending the item to us and return of the item), if not dropped off and picked up atour Service Centre.
